Dear GA Water Skiers:
As it is our custom, the GA Water Ski Federation will consider the awards below for presentation at the annual banquet, July 11, 2015.
Up-and-Coming Skiers (any age, when needed)
Linda Giddens' Junior Achievement Award (previously known as Most Improved Junior Skier)
Most improved Sr. Skier
Love Service & Devotion
Stacey George Memorial Award (Outstanding Family Participation)
The Georgia water skiing community is spread out all over the state and there are people that contribute to this sport that most of us will never hear about. Much of the time, there are people that work hard before tournaments and special events that are important to the success and progress of our sport, and these people may not be recognized. There are also stories of improvements in skills and outstanding performances, sometimes against great odds, that may otherwise go without much recognition. Therefore, the GWSF Board of Directors would like nominations for the awards listed above to come from friends, family, and club members.
Please send in your nominations for the BOD to consider with a written explanation of why you think this person should receive the specific award listed above. The write up can be as long or short as you would like. Just reply back to me with the nominations.
Thank you for your help and participation,
Craig Bryans
